here's a few videos that i found on youtube, don't be afraid because the show is called 'diet' it doesn't tell you what to do or eat, it just shows you what things really are in the world..at least these videos don't..no i don't spend all day watching vids to talk about them to you guys..but if you do go to their site ( [link] ) there will be ads and 'journals' on how to lose weight and all, but what could you expect..it's one of those 'eat naturally and lose weight kinda websites..i found lots of things..i got into telling people because we learned this stuff in biology and there are web sites that lie to you!! like [link] <<< IT"S A LIE!!!! ofcourse it's a lie it was made by THEIR COMPANY the Corn Refiners!! They make it. high fructose corn syrup is 'yes' made with real corn oil.. BUT!!! it is so over processed and lets see..it contains mercury! The corn syrup is mixed with so many things it's not healthy for you anymore! Also, i should mention that you can't trust all the .com sites, anyone could make them..i could make one and pretend it's created by a doctor that never existed but people would still believe me! i use .gov a lot for these things because are true..at least i haven't found any 'lies' or 'cheap-schemes' that aren't true and advertising a company or whatever
